Teams are a way to organize communication in an organization, isolate access, and centrally manage channels and other corporate resources. Chats are created «in a team», and third-party users will not be able to access them until they are authorized by the team administrator.
You can use one or more teams, depending on the structure of your organization.
To add users to a team, you can generate an invite link, or invite manually by selecting users from your contact list.
Mobile apps support the function of importing contacts from your address book — this simplifies adding your contacts to Im'work and then adding them to a team.
To create a channel, use the (+) button in the channel list of the team. By default, the team always has the General channel, however, you can create as many channels as your organization needs for comfortable communication.

You can use chatbots in corporate channels. To use chatbots, you need to authorize them for use in your organization — this can be done by a team administrator in the team settings section.
When authorized, users can add authorized chatbots to the organization's channels.

When a service plan is bought, the cost is calculated according to the current number of active users in the organization. If the number of users grows, next month, an additional invoice may be issued. We take into account only active users of the organization and take money only for actual activity (if a user was added in the middle of the month, the fee for this user for that month will be half of the rate of the service plan).
If the number of users decreases after a service plan is paid for, the unused part will be taken into account when invoicing for the next period.
